QUALIFICATIONS

Combined annual income for the household must be no more than: EFFECTIVE APRIL 2024!!!

  $42,800 for a family of 1

  $48,900 for a family of 2

  $55,000 for a family of 3

  $61,100 for a family of 4

  $66,000 for a family of 5

  $70,900 for a family of 6

  $75,800 for a family of 7

  $80,700 for a family of 8

Full Time students qualify only if they meet one of the following criteria: is married and filing a joint federal income tax return; or, receiving assistance under Title IV of the Social Security Act; or, is enrolled in a job training program receiving assistance under the Job Training Partnership Act; or, is under other similar federal, state, or local laws, a single parent living with his/her minor child(ren) and not claimed as dependents; or is eligible for orphan/foster care services until the age of 18.

1. Complete the application on-line or submit it by mail to the address below;  by fax to 410-539-7519.  All household members age 18 and over are required to complete the application process.

*Applications that are missing the required documentation may be subject to dismissal/denial. 
2. Income must be 3 times monthly rent (Section 8 Excluded) Example: $500/monthly rent requires $1,500 monthly income. Housing voucher holders must earn 3 times the annual income for the property applied for.(Please check with your Housing Specialists for the details and the specifics. We are unable to provide that information to you.)

3. One household member must have 12 months of consecutive employment or other verifiable source of annual income. Please submit a minimum of 3 consecutive pay stubs for review of your application.

4. The applicant must have verifiable rental history from a commercial or private landlord (Applicant must provide landlord contact information in order to determine and verify applicants rental history and rental background. Information must be current and up to date)


5. Applicant MUST have verifiable employment history (this applies to part time and full time employment)


6. The applicant must have verifiable Baltimore Gas and Electric (or similar utility) history.


7. Credit. This includes:
ALL CURRENT AND PAST JUDGEMENTS AND COLLECTION ACCOUNTS.


8. $25.00 Non-Refundable Screening Fee is required per adult member.


*Any documentation that we require that is NOT uploaded during the online application process, will NOT be processed.

* Once your application has been submitted(via online or in office) and you have received an email confirmation, the process will be anywhere up to 1 week(10+ days) to conclude. If there is any documentation that we need from parties that have applied, our office staff will reach out to the prospects promptly. We are unable to provide updates on your application BEFORE that appointed time.
